I’m sick and tired of the Smiths, but I must say, the combination of the dramatic ass music + “killing him, murdering him” really got me :ahh:

This and when she had to gather herself to process it :ahh:

Wasn't it rumored that Will swings both ways? I hate to turn this thread into something out of LSA, but there were rumors that Will ALLEGEDLY broke into Hollywood because he was highly favored by Quincy Jones. Quincy is known to like them young...

Oh wow, I wouldn’t be surprised. This was common practice in the industry especially then

“There was a couch and Will was bent over on the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him” is wild :deadbanana2:

Yes, to add further fuel to the fire. Quincy was real good friends with Richard Pryor who was known to have an intimate relationship with Marlon Brando, THE Marlon Brando. Richard Pryor was known to get down to some things. Those parties in old Hollywood are things of legends.

Oh wow, Will really can’t catch a break :gaycat6:

The slap incident forever left a mark on his career, after that moment, men in general seem to have a distaste for him. I have a theory and y’all can call me stupid, but I swear straight cis men cannot bear having to deal with another man defending a woman.

Let me explain, guys joke about women amongst themselves all the time, in straight guy humor it’s super common to make fun of girlfriends/wives and talk sh*t about women, classic sexist stuff you see in schools, hangouts, and online spaces. Amongst those men this is a norm so, whenever a guy steps in to defend his girl/wife after a distasteful joke was made about her, that man is breaking the “bro code” and in doing that he’s trying to establish an equality between sexes in these guy’s eyes and that’s a no-no. Since the bros loooove joking about their “superiority” over women and seem to have camaraderie over it, one dude destroying this facade by defending her integrity is unbearable to them and that guy is rapidly berated since they “can’t take a joke” or “he’s too emotional”; “he’s a p*ssy”.

I see this all the time in comment sections whenever dudes defend a girl for whatever reason, they get called a simp or people assume they want a woman sexually aka “she’s not gonna let you hit lil bro”. Stupid rant, but it’s just an observation I’ve been making about sexist dynamics which has bothered me for a bit. Seeing the Smith family being brought up reminds me of this idea over and over again, every single time the popular dude accounts on Twitter and their sheep fans all just regurgitate the “simp” talking points over and over and to be honest, it’s tiring to see that some men can never take women seriously.

That being said tho, f*ck Jada for being an attention wh*re family destroyer and I’m glad Will gets that DL d*ck every now and then :clap3:
