Trent W Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 (edited) If the man used protection and practiced safe sex then yes he should be able to escape the situation It’s ridiculous to give women the choice of abortion but not men. If the women wants to abort, then fine it’s her body and her choice But no women should force a man into fatherhood, that’s absolutely insane, and the child would grow in a miserable environment Edited November 10, 2023 by Trent W
John Slayne Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 they knew pregnancy was a possibility, even if contraception was used (it's NEVER 100% effective) so yes, they are both responsible for the child and need to act accordingly

We're not talking about the father taking interest in the child, we're talking about him paying child support. If the father has no interest in being present in the child's life, he can still choose to do so. Do you think a child growing up impoverished because their father does not pay child support will not grow up in a miserable environment? I understand that this is a difficult situation, but unfortunately it's something people having straight sex have to accept as a possibility. If men can't handle the risk and responsibility, they shouldn't be having sex with women.

But imo if a woman decides to have the child and is aware the father doesn’t want to be around she should take the conscious decision that she is gonna have to all of this alone, including the financial side of it. The argument of saying men shouldn’t have straight sex is the same conservatives use on women telling them that if they have sex they should deal with the consequences and not abort IDK imo is hypocritical to say women have the choice and men don’t Everyone should have the right to choose.
P.O.P Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 I fully support "My body, my choice" But to me that also means: your body, your responsibility
Aethereal Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 (edited) Yes he should pay a certain amount as an obligatory help, not necessary raising the child or being there in the family. And it's not hypocritical because during pregnancy women go through heavy pain and in small occurrences can even lose their lives. They don't have an equal say in running out of this situation. Eclass Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 He should ,because that newborn come from his sperm.
Gladiator Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 (edited) At least in the states, if a man impregnates a woman whom he is not married, he has no obligation to sign a birth certificate and thus has no obligation to paying any child support. If he doesn't want the child and isn't married and lives in a country where this is the same, then I would say to not sign the birth certificate. Once you do, you agree to providing the legal and financial needs of that child. Otherwise, that responsibility lies with the mother and her alone. Edited November 12, 2023 by Gladiator
Raver Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 Yes. As a man you have the option to wear a condom and protect yourself and her. If you choose not to then you have to face the consequences. Have some self control. He doesn’t have to be in the child’s life but yeah he has to pay. At the same time as a woman you see a man is not interested in you after sex and continuously tells you he does not want to be a father, why would you continue on with the pregnancy? Women will see a man with 7 baby mommas and think they’ll be different with them Lol a baby will never change a man
Sergi91 Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 No. it’s her body and HER choice to keep the baby.
IBeMe Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 This is why alleged straight men are now getting it from femboys more than ever. Avoid all these issues and still get a warm hole
