Nothing she said differs from hasbara talking points issued directly by Israel's government and US lobbyists.

Israel's response has blown past proportionate and has gone fully into exacting collective punishment and genocidal aspirations. They've killed at least 10,000 civilians with little regard for innocent life. More Palestinian civilians have died in a month than Israelis ever have. But yeah, sure, Israelis are the innocent ones and Palestinians are the savages according to the ATRL Zionists and Clintonites.

And what exactly is America or any other country supposed to do about it?  Tell Israel to stop?  What happens when they refuse?  We attack them and set off a chain reaction WW?  I'm genuinely curious about how this supposed cease-fire is supposed to magically happen and be enforced on all sides.

The bottom line, Hamas is never going to stop until they carry out their mission of killing all Israelis and seizing their land.

The quick answer would be to do what all presidents before Donald Trump and Joe Biden have done, and threaten to condition aid on not overreacting with genocidal intent.

Joe Biden is governing to the RIGHT of RONALD REAGAN on Israel-Palestine, and it's embarrassing that liberals are acting like this is simply how things have to be.

The bottom line, Israel has already declared their intent to not stop until humanitarian conditions in Gaza are deemed so bad by the international community that Egypt gets pressured into taking Palestinian refugees so that Israel can annex Gaza once and for all. Only American liberals are willfully blind enough to ignore reality. Republicans are at least aware of the genocidal intent and are publicly keen to egg them on with comments about how "we will turn Gaza into a parking lot" and "innocent Palestinian civilians would be like saying innocent Nazi civilians."

Would withholding aid really stop or deter them at this point then?  Even so, couldn't they then get it through other means?

If they want to stop Hamas then go in on foot. Bombing everyone for 60 Hamas is a disgrace and there is thousands of Hamas. You can’t think bombing them until all are gone is realistic. Also the leaders of Hamas aren’t even there. They will just start a new group.

Hilary is a mess. There is no way she would be saying it’s ok if someone was bombing the US children like this.

Where do you think they get weapons shipments and Iron Dome refills from? :toofunny3:

This feigned helplessness from Biden and his stans is utterly laughable.

Ok so we withhold aid from Israel which weakens and makes them vulnerable, and then Hamas comes and attacks them again.  Then what?  Aren't we right back where we started?

A cease-fire in the sense that there was not a full-blown war raging like it is now.

So you don't consider Israel already at war with Palestine when it had already killed 200+ Palestinians from January 2023 to October 6th, 2023? Including the most child deaths in the West Bank this century? What??

You defer to Clinton as intelligent yet 1) don't know she has no clue what she's talking about and 2) you yourself can't articulate what a ceasefire is outside of parroting her dumbass?

Okay, then why don't you go over there and declare the cease-fire since you're an expert and have all the answers. :allears:

2023 was already the deadliest year for Palestinian civilians before Oct. 7

You don't seem to understand that us backstopping their defense completely frees up their other assets for waging constant campaigns of terror and death in Gaza and the West Bank. Or you do, and you think that it's justified that Israel can murder Palestinians without fear of successful retribution 99.9% of the time. Seems the neoliberal establishment certainly sees it that way.

No, I don't understand the conflict fully which is why I'm trying to.  I don't think Israelis or Palestinians should be murdered.

I'm not stanning her by any means.  I was mainly pointing out that she said there's no clear or simple solution to end the conflict.

Apologies, then. Your replies just kinda resembled what plenty of people who've taken Israel's side and dismiss the Palestinians' plight out of hand, so that's why i might've come off as aggressive.

That and people who tend to be defensive of Hillary Clinton also tend to follow along that same process as well. Others on this forum will downvote anyone who says anything negative about her, Joe Biden, or Democrats in general.

That said, over 10,000 Palestinians have died in a month. Even before then, 2023 was already the deadliest year for Palestinians so far, but people's emotions seem to only acknowledge the conflict as if everything started only on October 7 when Palestinians have been dying in disproportionately higher numbers than Israelis since the Nakba in 1948.

The 10,000 figure was repeated by Hamas, a terrorist organization, who apart from murdering innocent civilians, thrives off the distribution of propaganda… Regardless, Palestinians will always have a “disproportionate” higher death numbers just like Afghanistans vs. Americans or dozens of other examples you could list. How would you expect Palestinians to have less deaths than the strongest army in the Middle East, especially when Hamas uses Palestinian civilians as literal human shields?

Y’all really come here throwing numbers around like it’s Stan Twitter reporting record sales :doc: “only 1,400 Israeli’s were murdered by savages, the Palestinian figure exceeds 10,000!!!” like girl, seek some help.

Hamas is infinitely more credible than Joe Biden and Israel when it comes to casualty statistics

No worries.

And believe me, I wish there was someone other than Biden running but unfortunately, it is what it is.  While Democrats aren't perfect either, I'm surely not going to support the Republicans who want to take away LGBTQ+ and women's rights.

That's truly insane and awful. :frown:
