If they can greenlight within the next few years I don’t see why they wouldn’t cast her. It would be a box office juggernaut.

Can she dance

I’m sure she can learn.

She should only approve one as long as it’s prestigious and also clear they have her best interests in mind. None of that Netflix McDonald’s trash

She's coming back

She is in her early 40s for christ's sake. We do NOT need a biopic of her anytime soon

Will they be requesting a knife dance tease during the audition?

Isn’t she too young for this stuff?

I rather have a comeback era she can still pull it off if she wants too

But well if she’s never doing music again then it’s fine this would keep us fans entertained for a while

Wasn't Margot Robbie looking at turning her story into a movie? After Barbie, I think she would do a great job at it.

E! True Hollywood Story coming to get Oscar

You know I’d love a documentary series. I know it’ll never happen but like each episode is a year in her life. Featuring three very different interviews interpolated between the “timeline” interview one - her talking about her career/the making of. Interview two - her talking about the behind the scenes tea with her friends and personal life. Interview three the conservatorship side. All well researched and documented and then like cut in to the years they pertain to.

I kinda agree but at the same time we already have THAT biopic. I would love for some form of long format retrospective series to celebrate 30 years of Britney or something.

I’m not sure how all of this works but I only hope they CAN’T do anything without her direct approval and supervision, which I don’t think she would be giving. At least not this soon.

I'd personally just prefer a documentary to be honest. A follow up to For the Record.

She won’t approve it anyway

As long has it has Britney's 100% approval in okay, i really wish it's a limited series or documentary

What are they going to act out exactly? Every time she was on the verge of telling an interesting story in the book, she'd say she forgot the details and had moved on anyways :rip:

This + unless Britney herself is involved or it's handled with care, I feel most movie/TV portrayals would be similar to Britney Ever After.

Britney’s story wouldn’t fit in a movie format.. she needs a 12-Episode limited-series.. HBO better be sending that 8-figure check to Ms. Spears :alexz:

Britney's story fits in many arenas:

Umbrella: The woman in Me

under her umbrella ella ella eh eh eh

-#1 NYT bestseller

-Emmy winning TV series/documentary

-Grammy winning audio book

-Oscar winning blockbuster movie

-Tony winning Boradway on her life

Summer Olympics headliner

Signature appeal line

Cher style farewell tour (which means like two or three tours)

Love Margot but I think she’s too old to convincingly play teen Britney into adult Britney. They’ll want an actress who can do the entire story act instead of using different actresses.
