At this point you just have to be a popular name and relevant in the current concert industry to boost the economy and gross more than most other artists before you. The entire Top 5 of the highest-grossing tours of all time will soon be from this year. 

 

Concerts are seeing a popularity high kinda like CD sales in 1999-2000 and singles in 2011-2015.
