My understanding is that it was obtained through a public records request. CHP deputies don’t wear body cams but this one had his personal camera on, so it was included in public records. Clearly he had it recording because it was Britney and probably thought it was worth some money.

The cop was very polite and nice, but she not having the documents a few days after receiving a warning for the same reason, I think she should get a traffic ticket or whatever that is more than a warning.

 

Im a fan but she should also be more ready with that practical required by law stuff.

Look, as delighted as I would be to be hit by a car driven by Britney Spears, I'm really going to need her to have her ID and insurance on hand so I can start a claim before I end up in a mental institution myself trying to explain to everyone that Britney Spears crashed into my car. You would hold a brand new teenage driver to a higher standard, there really is no excuse.
