It's just because UK singles chart only allows every artist to chart a max of 3 songs (hence Cruel Summer departing the chart when it was #3 last week)

After Ed Sheeran took over the chart in 2017 with Divide, they changed the rules so that an artist can only have 3 songs in the top 40 chart.
