Edibles. Posted November 24, 2023 Posted November 24, 2023 I’m gagged at how much I like this, and how much I’ve played it already. But then again, it’s from her best era of music.
Mornings Posted November 24, 2023 Posted November 24, 2023 Can’t stop listening. I hope this is her most successful song in years and the fish flourish 1
NoOneDiesFromLove Posted November 25, 2023 Posted November 25, 2023 So this is a song from the vault? Makes sense because this gave old Björk Also the video is hilarious why do they end up beating up the cameraman
BunnyIsARider Posted November 25, 2023 Posted November 25, 2023 This is so much better than what I expected. Imagine the gems being kept in Bjork's vault
skizzo Posted November 25, 2023 Posted November 25, 2023 I love this song, no surprise its an oldie, cause I've been very disappointed with her music the last decade. This has the melodies that I've always loved about her music that's severely lacking nowadays 3

Vespertine Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Banger! What a weird trip to hear a new old Björk song But at the same time could sit nicely next to Atopos with the dancehall beat. Her mind
Vespertine Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Not all the continued whining in here about “no melodies!!!” in current Björk music tho. Did any of you listen to Fossora? 1
Cruel Summer Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 I’m just now hearing this for the first time - a brand new classic era Björk song, what a dream Rosalía also sounds fantastic both on the song in general and next to Bjork’s voice. What a great combination. I don’t share the same disappointment in modern Björk material that some have mentioned in here - I mean, like, songs like Sorrowful Soil and Ancestress and Stonemilker exist! - but I do think this still manages to stand among her best songs of the last fifteen years. I’m so glad that we at least have it, and I wonder if she’ll bring back any other old “lost” tracks in the coming years.

Did any of you listen to Fossora? The reason I love Bjork is because It’s all extremely meticulous and intentional! She said she doesn’t like using the musical signatures of modern Christian based rock music of the patriarchy. Her podcast was really insightful to her decision making. She didn’t lose the skill of writing pop music, she’s just choosing a different direction. 2

It was so enlightening. 1

Curaga Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Love the way Rosalía is emulating Björk’s singing style a bit here. Their voices work so well together Collab album when? 👀
flower moon Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 getting better with every listen the album they could make together
voiceofTreason Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 This is cute but no Utopia slander here. Her newer material might not be as catchy but the writing and production is ahead of it's time by 20 years
ohwow Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 her most replayable song in years, finally we won
Funnyfatty Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 Lol Victimhood is still her best song. I love when Bjork is mysterious and dark. This is still a good song though.
