Shocking details about Azealia Banks unveiled in court documents against former CEO.

In her ongoing courtcase against Jeff Kwatinetz, the CEO of Prospect Park, some shocking details about Azealia Banks have been detailed. She had a recent celebration in court, as she is allowed more time to gather evidence in her courtcase.

The full article:

https://pitchfork.com/news/azealia-banks-wins-more-time-to-gather-evidence-in-messy-royalties-dispute-with-ex-label-boss/

In the article it has been revealed that Azealia was homeless for the majority of 2020, and has been sleeping in her storage space for a year and a half because her credit score is "ruined" since Jeff Kwatinetz is withholding royalty payments from her allegedly. This is odd since she has been showing off living in mansions for the past few years.

In another portion of the transcript excerpts, Banks directly addressed her personal and financial situation in the summer of 2020, when she first posted about the dispute. “It was in the middle of the George Floyd,” she testified, according to the documents. “Everything was looting and rioting. Jeff Kwatinetz had not given me enough money to do anything. I was ******* starving. My credit score had been ****** up because Jeff had been stealing my money that I needed to be reinvesting in myself. So for a very—for a good year and a half, I was homeless. I was sleeping in my storage space.”

It was also sadly revealed that Azealia's mom has recently passed away, something Azealia has kept private as of today.

EDIT: Azealia confirmed just now that Jeff's lawyer lied to Pitchfork and her mother is still alive, unprofessional journalism from Pitchfork's behalf and very disgusting from the lawyer if true.

Transcript excerpts included in the filing are wide-ranging and contentious. They begin with Banks being asked what medications she’s on and end, many expletives and epithets later, with her referring to the recent death of her mother, slamming a lawyer as a “white piece of ****,” and announcing she’s leaving.

We knew about Azealia's home situation though, y'all act like she lives a private life and doesn't air everything on her IG stories when it happens (outside of the personal tragedy with her mom)

WAIT WUT... her mom died?! She used to talk A LOT about her mom (good and bad). I remember that interview where she broke down crying talking about how her mom was abusive when she was a kid and how her mom only try to reestablish a relationship with her once the $$$$$ and fame came in... I know Azealia is a mess but idk I do feel bad for her. Her whole situation is sad.

Apparently her mom was very sick in the hospital a while back. It is indeed a sad situation because i feel like Azealia never really got to heal from the abuse her mom put her through, hence her behavior / alleged substance abuse

Hope she finds peace and that the miserable forum users making light of these things never have to experience them. :bam:

Maybe more people would feel bad for her if she hadn't used "third world" as a drag, made fun of people going through economic crises and called them rats and roaches less than 24 hours ago. :suburban:

She is still a horrible person. And her career downfall is thanks ot her attitude. Her being homeless is a  direct consequence of that.

And she had the nerve to make fun of Julia Fox's studio apartment in NYC while she was most likely homeless :rip:

This is crazy. Business and contracts are so tricky. I am convinced Wealth is a hereditary mindset and the access to navigating business deals and/or having  money for lawyers to help you decipher these contracts is truly generational.

I she gets what she needs so she can persevere. I selfishly just want her to have access to creative freedom.

Near the start, asked where she had been for the scheduled first two hours of the deposition, Banks testified, “In my hotel straight ironing my beautiful wig.” Asked about her previous Instagram claim that Kwatinetz “used to snort coke out of [her] *******,” Banks testified, “I want you to bring that up in court so I can become America’s, like, greatest ******* female comedian.” Brittany Murphy and Harvey Weinstein made cameos, again via Banks’ prior social media activity. Asked repeatedly whether she has “a problem with Jewish people,” Banks testified: “No, but I have a problem with you. And if you happen to be Jewish and you happen to take that in some sort of way, then that’s you. But, no, actually I love Jewish dick. Thank you.”

her mom was verbally and physically abusive to her. her mother was always working so her mom left her with dominican nannies which is why she's so fluent in spanish and has the accent. she  called AB a drug addict and even wish she was unalived.

This is absolutely awful. This is a horrifying situation to be in regardless of what you think of her as a person.

This is so ****** up. I feel so sorry for her.

Banks called the lawyer “a nappy-headed Jew with nothing to do,” a “misinformed racist,” and a “cracker,” and offered to “send [him] some base-level books on, like, African traditional religions.” When the lawyer quoted from her previous obscenity-strewn statements, pronouncing each of the expletives except saying “the N-word” in place of “n----a,” she questioned why he wouldn’t say “n---a” and requested that he please stop with the euphemism: “It’s a little more offensive than just saying the word,” Banks testified. Asked to verify her own cross-complaint, she testified, “All of this is false bullshit.” At one point, Banks was asked for specifics about a life insurance policy. “Do you understand that I am a thespian?” she testified, according to the documents. “I’m a dancer. I’m a singer. These are not—this is not my forte.” Kwatinetz’s lawyer said, “They’re just questions, Ms. Banks.”

She can’t be a real person :deadbanana2:
