Let's be real streams and numbers aren't everything if u look at that way ''angels like you'' overtaking half of the chromatica, visually and sonically PH aged better. And going for being bigger for sure!

it didnt chart past 15 weeks in most territories, Chromatica did

i mean Chromatic had bigger numbers off the bat but clearly the GP knows PH is Miley's best album and one of the best this decade hence the bigger streams on its end.

The way PH was considered a flop initially and look where we at. The funny thing is some people still consider it a flop lol.

PH is bigger on streaming only. Chromatica is bigger everywhere else.

Chromatica was bigger in 2020. Plastic Hearts was bigger in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and will be seen as the bigger album overall.
