NGL I think my entry this week is one of those cases where it sounds better in my head than it reads on paper but I sent it anyway because I can't think of a hit song from this century that has lyrics that read like poetry and not like catchy lyrics...or at least one that isn't a ballad (and even then a lot of ballads actually have very meh lyrics and are enhanced by instrumentation and emotion in the voice)
