he was cheap and they did not take safety measures, it’s a matter of negligence

This is a bad faith argument because that is not what happened.

 

He wasn't filming when he pointed the gun and shot the lady. While its not his fault a loaded gun was on set, it quite literally is involuntary manslaughter. It was an irresponsible action that resulted in someones death.

I feel bad for him. It's sad that she died but it was a tragic accident. He didn't do it on purpose.

Nothing wrong with letting this play out in court, doesn’t mean he’s found guilty. There was negligence on part of multiple people to varying degrees and for some of them possibly not on a level of criminal negligence. Until the trial it’s just be he-said-she-said and blame games anyway.
