This is a bad faith argument because that is not what happened. He wasn't filming when he pointed the gun and shot the lady. While its not his fault a loaded gun was on set, it quite literally is involuntary manslaughter. It was an irresponsible action that resulted in someones death. 1

There was negligence on part of multiple people to varying degrees and for some of them possibly not on a level of criminal negligence. Until the trial it’s just be he-said-she-said and blame games anyway.
