She was kind of messy during the pandemic, i know she got a lot of pushback on some IG post b/c she wasn't allowed in a restaurant based on her outfit or something but I think the final straw for people (especially given her large LGBTQ+ fan base) was when she went on a radio show and relayed some story about tricking a straight guy into going to a certain type of strip club and during that story she used transphobic language. I’ve seen bigger girls getting the boot there at a point (Duffy, Dido, Rita Ora, Leona Lewis, Mel C, Cheryl, Lily Allen, etc) She had some cute chart records but mostly for faceless hits à la Bebe Rexha, so she couldn’t even build a dedicated base like Dido did.
