It does look like this decade doesn't have an artist being MASSIVE in all territories and countries all at once like Gaga from 2009-11 or Adele from 2011-2016. You either have Taylor who's huge in Angloshpere, China and the Philippines while being "just" big in all other territories and then you have an artist like Bad Bunny who's MASSIVE in Latin America but not as big in Europe, for example and then you have someone like Drake who's not as massive in non-English speaking countries.

 

I remember Gaga's and Adele's peaks and there wasn't a country where they weren't MASSIVE (well, maybe Adele in Japan but that's one country).

 

So I guess overall it's Bad Bunny but living in Europe his presence isn't felt as much and neither is Drake.
