AvadaKedavra Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 (edited) People been suggestin both, as the Newcomers with the Bigger Chances of Stardom. What are your thoughts? Do they have WHAT it takes to be MAIN POP GIRLS or are Atrlers-Popstans highly desilusional? Theyre also suggestin PinkPantheress / Chapell Ronan / Doechii / Maisie Peters / Holly Humberstone / Renee Rapp / Faouzia / Victoria Monet / Madison Beer..... as the next "It Girls" Edited October 11, 2023 by AvadaKedavra
Power love Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Sabrina for sure has more potential than ever before. I think her next era is going to go well for sure if she plays her cards right. 2
Saintlor Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 (edited) No, but they're the best out of the new generation of non-A list singers They have gems but there's nothing special about them Edited October 11, 2023 by Saintlor
Selegend Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Tate has more than Sabrina. Her persona feels more unique than Sabrina's. i LOVE sabrina tho and e-mails was one of my most played album those past 2 years. 1
CandleGuy Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Tate could become a MPG if she nails the follow ups to Greedy. The rest of them, no chance.
JoJo Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Sabrina has the fanbase and is the most recognizable one here, so I think she has the best path to MPG status. Tate’s Greedy is about to become a smash, but the GP doesn’t know her at all. Maybe that’ll change. I’m rooting for Chappell Roan the most. Her music is so good and refreshing. 1
Angelo Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 If they have what it takes…it should have happen years ago during their debut. Not everyone can be Madonna, Britney, Gaga, Beyonce, Taylor and now Olivia. 1
KBax Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 I feel like Tate could be MPG if she plays her cards right. Greedy was a step in the right direction, so hopefully the album can serve some sexy bops. She can sing and she can dance, she has it. Now show us what you got miss Mcrae!
KatyPrismSpirit Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Tate does Sabrina doesn't, she comes across desperate and has like what? 7 albums already... lmao 2
AvadaKedavra Posted October 11, 2023 Author Posted October 11, 2023 (edited) Thanks for your comments sugar cubes I like Sabrina but like you all say she has like 4-5 albums and she's still struggling I love her cause she's very classy and sophisticated But i wonder....Is not the blonde cute lady spot taken by Taylor Swift? Tate Mcrae. The only problem i have with her is her voice. Feels very camila esque and not distinctive enough. Also....what is her style? Whats her persona? Is Tate filling any niche? Here some observations With the others: PinkPantheress. Im rooting for her the most but i wonder if her cutesy voice has commercial viability. ChapellRonan : She's LGBTI and i think is very hard for lesbian artists to smash today. Dont have big hopes for her. The GP is homophobic. Catchy Music Doechi looks iconic but her stage name is weak Maisie Peters : It is me or She looks like Katy Perry sometimes???? Holly Humberstone : Stage name is too long Yes ATRL is desilusional Edited October 11, 2023 by AvadaKedavra
Antikythera Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 no, but the bar is so low they might become stars just because there are no more born popstars out there

sourprint Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 i love tate maybe renee ? can achieve success too next yr but idk she feels niche to a certain public not rly certain bout sabrina
Bussea Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 never heard of tate but no to sabrina. she’s so boring
wantedyoutogrow Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 not every artist is meant to be a superstar and that is okay

Georgette Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 (edited) Sabrina for sure. She has the looks ,talent ,team , growing fanbase and popularity to be the next MPG. I feel she is just one smash hit away from becoming a MPG As for Tate, there is still a lot more to be done. Greedy doing well isn't enough Some other girls ,I'm on the look out for are Pinkpanthress and Tyla Edited October 11, 2023 by Georgette
Maroonx Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Any of them can make it with a good PR team and label behind them. x 1
glitch Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Idk why people keep trotting out the same "Sabrina still hasn't made it after 5 albums" excuse when her last album was her biggest. And her tour was pretty successful too. Not everyone smashes out the gate and she's established a fanbase. Tate could take off, it all depends on how she follows up this song. 2

Huh, Doja, Rihanna and Pink all didn’t smash hard on their first eras yet all 3 are bigger than half the list you mentioned.

Uh? Pink First pop album Is her bigger album probably. It's true Rihanna really exploded just with her 3rd album, but First two albums already had at least 2-3 bigger hits than Sabrina Carpenter ever had, and that was 2005-2007 so basically her third album came in the first 2 years of her career. Bosque Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Tate McRae is way, way bigger than Sabrina Carpenter. Once again, Atrl is fanatically out of touch. I still don't think she's MPG material though
