Like I'll Never See You Again is my personal favorite. 

And IIAGY > No One.

No One is my favorite song of all time by any artist but If I Ain’t Got You is the better executed song from a technical perspective. 

 

One is a Pop/R&B song while the other is pure soul so it’s kinda apple & oranges…
