And yet the genesis of your reply to me was telling me, a man, to refrain from a perspective of "men bad, women good." A bastardization of what could have been a nuanced discussion that instead is an attempt at distracting from Brad Pitt's legal, physical, and emotional abuse through your own generalizations like "Angie is a devil," "always been awful," "she's manipulative."

As with many situations, I’m sure that there is more than we (the GP) know about. Speaking as someone who grew up in a household that was abusive, there were many things I didn’t find out about until later on in my life. Knowing these things would’ve altered my opinion of my each of my parents had I known them at the time. Yes - children will cling to the ones who favor them. It doesn’t make the other parent bad per say, but children often have an incomplete opinion on adult things. 
 

Idk who is to blame here and who is telling a more complete version of the truth. What I can say is that I don’t like seeing people ripping their exes in the news and this absolutely needed to not be put out there. Unless he has a metaphorical smoking gun somewhere proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that Angelina was the villain behind the scenes, he needs to keep it cute. This just makes him seem bitter.
