I wouldn’t be in here if it was their solo song. 2
Blue Jeans Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 (edited) Sam, give Charli a #1 US hit and a Grammy like Kim Edited October 11, 2023 by Blue Jeans 1

brooklyndaddy Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Sounds ABHORRENT. His voice is just so far from what I enjoy. It sounds like an animal in pain. Yeah, glad this feature was wasted on this lil droplet and not a better song

TayDuaStan Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Wait, so that incredible snippet she shared on IG is from a Sam Smith collab? … now it’s a SKIP
Daddy Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 Sam has the tendency to fall into this Ariana Grande wawawa-pronunciation trap. Sounds decent tho! But hey, I will eat and drink up ANYTHING Miss Charli XCX serves me. Can't wait! If it's a hit it will be on the album, just watch 1

Galah Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 This is a good move, idk why people are losing their minds over it. It's a non-album single and so there's no harm done, but you can guarantee if it actually does numbers in the UK or elsewhere it'll get Unholy'd and tacked on Charli's next album tracklist. That doesn't mean the whole vibe of the album is going to shift to In The City 2.0s. But they'd be stupid not to capitalise on the streams if it were a big hit. The music industry is still a business and since Charli just resigned with a major label, she knows this better than anyone. 1

She’s very deep in the album process. This track is likely something she’s actually made after all the album tracks. But yeah, maybe this’ll get tacked on a deluxe or something.
