Good

but be without you should’ve been enough for a 10

Be Without You and Enough Cryin’ alone puts this at a .10.

Maybe Just Fine > Two or three songs on The Breakthrough

"vocally"???? what kind of nonsense is this

mjb doesn't have a single bad album vocally.

but I'll say her last two albums are where she's not trying as much as she used to.

'Growing Pains' and 'Stronger with Each tear' were still peak Mary, she moped the floor with the competition

I wouldn't expect anything less from the album that contains the #1 Billboard R&B Song of All-Time :WAP:

Here you go talking about singles. I wasn't taking anything away from The Breakthrough.

I was disagreeing with it being her last good vocal album.

I have to agree. Her last albums are not as vocally interesting as her previous efforts.

Back on topic, that album is great, my favourite from her.
