She had way too much sun exposure when young. But people calling her "the crypt keeper" should be ashamed. You can buy the most expensive lotions in the world but if you don't use sunblock everyday in your 20's and 30's you're not going to fix all the skin damage in your 50's. This is just really bad lighting too. There is plenty of pictures out there of her without make up that look much better. It makes me think this one was altered. She’s the last person I would’ve expected to feel comfortable in public like this. Good for her. She must’ve felt an immense pressure in her youth to always look perfect. 1

Everyone wants to look good including old people. That being said, I think she looks good. The lightning isn't the best but she looks cute for her age.
