I'm not saying a conservatorship but (to my knowledge) she is diagnosed bipolar...no? I think they should do a wellness check to make sure that she's ok. If she's not taking any meds then that's not safe for her and at the least, I think it would be good for a trained professional to talk to her to make sure she's ok

this has been a problem for years. it used to be even worse. try posting articles about her abused/neglected dogs that got taken away 2 years ago and see how quick the warning points will fly. for any other popstar it would be perfectly acceptable.
