Popular Post Carry My Heart Posted February 12 Popular Post Posted February 12 (edited) Front pages of tabloids across the globe today. Front pages of the biggest digital outlets this morning. Note Taylor's name in every headline across DM's top stories (left). The record-high ratings driven by the widely covered Taylor Swift effect, which has boosted this season's overall viewership immensely. And per Variety: 20% of Viewers Say They Rooted for the Kansas City Chiefs Because of Taylor Swift All of this was accompanied by hundreds of mega-viral posts, perhaps too many to compile in a single post. What went right? Edited February 13 by Carry My Heart 25 2 6
BrandNewBrandon Posted February 12 Posted February 12 So hundreds of mega viral posts are only important if it's positive for Taylor but when there are hundreds of negative ones "it won't affect her" 9 5

Revolution Posted February 12 Posted February 12 she has more star power than the brain-damaged men. 1
Carry My Heart Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Just now, BrandNewBrandon said: but when there are hundreds of negative ones "it won't affect her" This has little to do with social media posts "affecting her" and everything to do with the viewership and attention she brings. They're also not the focal point of the OP. Nice to see you're first in a Taylor-related thread again! 5 2

Last week her consumption increased not decreased and with yesterday the “cancellation” is already old news. Sorry for the haters, but at this point you should have learned that Taylor always wins 11

NoOneDiesFromLove Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Starting my life-size poster of Taylor (No I’m not surprised)

Taylena Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Taylor is unknown outside the US. You made those covers yourself. That's why the graphic design is so bad. 2 3

Popular Post Goaty Posted February 12 Popular Post Posted February 12 These “yawn… so over her” posts are so corny because if that was truly how you felt I doubt you’d feel compelled to post such an apathetic response in this thread in the first place. 17
elincomprendid Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Who would've guessed Taylor was what the NFL needed to be relevant worldwide? Based on these articles, you'd guess no other artist with ww relevancy did anything worthy mentioning 4
Bubble Tea Posted February 12 Posted February 12 There's actually something dark and perverse about her fame right now but I can't quite put my finger on it. 7 3 1
Zefierce Posted February 12 Posted February 12 So many A-list celebrities at the Superbowl, yet Taylor is able to overshadow them all. 3

The fact that Taylor's stans hold onto that narrative for dear life means they're constantly trying to FORCE the news of her not being local onto others which basically means insecurity. We know she's global.
Feanor Posted February 12 Author Posted February 12 This might really be her biggest peak moment yet 1
Trent W Posted February 12 Posted February 12 She kinda did I’ m just really glad is over, I’m tired of this relationship. It’s too public and too overexposed I’m glad the season is over so we can hear more about the album and not about her and travis I’m a fan and annoyed, can’t imagine how other people are just hearing about the same thing over and over 2

Based on these articles, you'd guess no other artist with ww relevancy did anything worthy mentioning Rihanna was super talked about for her halftime show last year and so were most of the others (Nipplegate lol). The others who attended didn't date the main star of the winning team nor did they jump over to him to congratulate him. You know what made front-page news WW as well? Gaga's and Bradley's Oscar performance, Adele winning her Grammys, Gaga winning her Oscar made more splash internationally than Best Original Song winners since, congrats on her making the front-page news in those countries but she's an A-list female singer, I don't know why this is such a thrill to witness for you. It reeks of trying to proof she's not local which we all know. Edited February 12 by BrandNewBrandon 1
