Witnessed ET Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 Wait… even with the Ariana and Blackpink features? Wasnt Rain on me a hit of some kind? Smile is a solo album mind you…this is kinda embarrassing for gaga ngl 3
starataneori Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 Harleys in Hawaii really is that song! 2

But as of today Smile seems to have won the long game as it receives more streams than Chromatica on Spotify. Did talent win? What's the source for that chart? I wanna see what some other albums are doing.

Chromatica is very much Gaga’s ‘witness’ 2 collabs ( all of witness was collab on TTH) 3 minute made for streaming tracks etc. it’s just no one is buying 2010s euro tea in streaming era from 30+ year old women - it ages like MILK. Smile isn’t dance and Harley’s is viral. Rena is successful cause of its contemporary execution - but even I believe it will also have a stream dip in a couple years. l Edited September 23, 2023 by Mr. Stratus 1

Zoomer Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 The only listenable song on chromatica is ROM and it features a big artist, there’s only so much one song can do. The rest is utter generic dogshit. I truly hope Gaga never works with those producers and writers ever again. That **** was BAD bad and cringeworthy af. It deserves to be outperformed. 3

Kuntmonster Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 No, didn’t Chromatica outsell smile around 10 times over? 1
Solaria Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 Katycats really need something desperate to hang onto considering they know Katy doesn’t give a crap about her music career anymore and that KP6 is never coming while Gaga is thriving in Vegas and has a new blockbuster movie coming out next year 1 1
Popular Post lonnie Posted September 23, 2023 Popular Post Posted September 23, 2023 This site truly is a place suspended in some kind of time capsule. Taemira Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 NRO alone is better than the entirety of Chromatica, so I'm not really surprised. 8

The daily numbers here aren't broken down by the singles, but the two songs you mentioned have more total streams than the entire Smile album, so the expectations were met.
