The kids were born in America. They have lived their whole lives in America. Sophie & Joe were married in America. The kids have been staying with their father for the past few months while she was filming. The divorce was filed in America. The father is an American citizen. It’s not looking good for her.

 

I don’t see Sophie getting main custody.

Plus that whole “mutually and amicable” statement on her instagram is not making sense if there’s a custody dispute. I feel for her. She was obviously blindsided by the divorce.

they already bought a home in England to raise their children there, it sounds like she has proof of that. The kids were dragged back to america because of his stupid lil tour and now he decided to file for divorce (unbeknownst to her),launched a smear campaign against her calling her an absent mother/alcoholic and he's retaining the kids' passports so they can’t go home with her.

 

he plotted to screw her over a while ago and it doesn't look good for him, if he truly cared about his daughters he wouldn't have done all that ****, he's just using the children to get back at his ex

I think she won't be allowed to take her kids to England unfortunately, she'll probably be forced to stay in the USA to have them 50/50 of the time..she'll be away from her support system..it really sucks.
