My god, Janet was once the biggest star in the US. Because the success of RN was so enormous, she was starting to almost match MJ in term of fame and star power by the time JANET came out with her rolling stone cover and everything!

Every day that goes by I appreciate this album more! A wonderful body of work that encapsulates where her thoughts were at in her early twenties.

 

My favourites are State Of The World, Love Will Never Do (Without You), Escapade, and Come Back To Me.

 

I need to purchase this and janet. on vinyl to complete my collection (and Damita Jo, repress it auntie  I'll take 20 Y.O. too for a full house)

Kinda lame, I would prefer if it was some real never before seens photos of the backstage, this looks like a different angle from the video, yeah, never before seens, but nothing new.

 

She needs the person who takes care of Mariah's and Madonna's legacy stuff, they are great at giving the fans what they want when it comes to old records and never before seen/heard stuff. I would love to see real good 4k conversion of her videography, demos, alternate version etc.
