I feel like she’s basically saying she wants to do this instead of her second album for a couple of years.

 

I don’t think a second album is ever coming and she clearly doesn’t want to do it. Just random singles and EPs. Just like with Rihanna, people need to let it go and find other people to listen to if they want more active/consistent music releases. A Cardi/Megan EP and tour sounds fun and will make fans of both artists happy.
