Her tour has been on break from end of August until November.

 

But yeah she was popping up in NYC even when she was had three shows a week. She's in really good shape and a whole team dedicated to keeping her healthy,

Yeah it’s kinda insane how she’s been in the industry for 15+ years and you hardly hear her talk about burnout or being overworked.

 

It’d be amazing to know about her fitness regime, diet and what kind of infusion therapy she gets to keep on working like that

I think she mentioned that she was little burnout during the 1989 era which isn't surprising because she promoted that album so much.

 

But I think more than her fitness regime, she is a workholic who loves her job. I bet if she wasn't an artist, she would be a senior executive at a major company.

she is just a workaholic and she also loves what`s she is doing.

I know some workaholic also works very hard, like work brings them joy. Couldn`t be me though, 8-9 hours in the office is dragging :D
