Her coming back is by definition not in compliance   It doesn’t matter is she wouldn’t use WGA writers, she has WGA writers on her payroll, and therefore by definition any production going forward is scabbing according to the WGA.

I love her, but she truly came through looking like a clown on this.  I think someone just gave her some very bad advice and she wasn't aware of the repercussions it would lead to.
