Both the first two singles couldnt match SOUR singles success. You can be a fan and not be delusional at the same time. She’s doing pretty fine, more than other pop girls SOUR was such a moment and such a massive success, the HITS of it all, setting the standard for olivia there is insane, i wouldn't call guts an under-performance at all. She pioneered the Gen Z sad girl sound that influenced A TON of young artists including Olivia herself. GUTS also debuted with less pure sales than HTE. Billie also still has more hits than Olivia as of right now. Not to mention the stompage of Billie’s EP, which sold more units WW than other pop girl albums (before tacking their whole discography to the end of it). It is doing better than 30 (which was a huge longevity flop by Adele standards) and similarly to albums like positions, evermore/lover. A big album, yes, but not extraordinary (obviously Lover has shown crazy longevity since then, but it did only okay in the first weeks). I also seriously doubt that GHB or any future singles will do much damage, so her longevity is definitely in doubt Billie had released like 5 or 6 singles with increasingly terrible reception by the time HTE came out, so comparing their debut week isn't really fair.
