There's a huge difference between name-dropping someone in a song and using a whole picture of them for a single/album cover. I feel like it's tacky to, especially, do the latter; she might not want anything to have to do with that. I feel like he should have got her blessing for it. After all, it is her.

Yeah it’s just announcement pic.  But the fact she said no, and he still found a way to use it… 

 

Halle was rather nice about it all too, b/c she still gave him an “out” by not revealing his team asked her for permission (until now).  He could’ve just apologized and played dumb.  But he can’t do that now.  🫠
