Upon re-reading this post, I may actually agree...

You get some of that vibe back with Floating Islands and The Temple of Xian, but look out for the spider cave. :biblionny:

I don't like the sound of the name " spider cave" 👁️👄👁️

The only reason I would touch Shadow again is for stuff like this, Swiz is a modding God!

I got emotional finishing TR3. I love these games so much I don't want it to be over. Just the lost artifact now.

I’m finally in Tibet. I need the names, addresses, and social security numbers of whoever playtested the snowmobile gameplay and said it was good to go.

:suburban:

I played these games back in the 90s but my god this is still so unbearable. The platforming with the tank controls still feels fine but the vehicles are ungodly.

Just finished the level. The best way to deal with them is to steal the snowmobile from the last one you encounter after the cabin. His snowmobile has a machine gun equipped to it. Shoot the others with that one. It’s the easiest way to take them out.

I'm playing on Switch. But this should have been the way the hair looks in the official release:

To this day I think it's such a missed opportunity that

Spoiler

You can't put weapons on Midas' hand and turn them into gold.

not sure whether I prefer 1 or 2 tbh, the second has higher highs but lower lows, think second probably takes it for Temple of Xian and Tibet levels though :wanda:

I've heard that 3 is by far the hardest of the trilogy, lowkey worried :suburban:
