I will NEVER understand why she became so successful to begin with. She's essentially what people accuse Taylor of being: completely talentless from a musical perspective and ALWAYS playing the victim. Not only she can't sing, dance, write songs or anything, she's also massively ungrateful for all the opportunities she got all through her career. And the way she pretend her first 4 albums don't exist is so obnoxious (especially since we know "The Scene" wasn't a real band to begin with). Just because she pretend they don't exist doesn't make it true, it's just childish.

 

With Single Soon flopping so far i really hope the time she got easy hits based on pure luck is finally over. She needs to either develop some musical talent (even if i don't believe this will happen at this point) or go away from music forever.

I mean on the one hand you're a famous celebrity and these things are literally part of the job just like paparazzi unfortunately. 

 

On the other hand imagine attending an event and then you get home and find out every reaction you made has been recorded and now is being used by millions of people online. Must be exhausting and extremely anxiety inducing.

Except she knows DAMN WELL they be recording her reactions at award shows, and she had on a stank face the entire night like ??? Lmao. If I were her Id accept that my reactions sucked that day and move on. I wont blame others for it.
