success & demand don't equal singing/dancing capabilities but go awf sis report this one too cause i don't even know why y'all are triggered by the "hasbeen" with shelved albums and flop singles on my avi from 2020

my question still stands, i don't know how she gets away with it with being such a huge name in the business and it took away from the actual performance FOR ME. 

i know she can master up a better pre-record vocal or at least sing like 3 lines every now and then and make it more believable. that's my big ick with all this. is that really so bad to actually want from an artist of her caliber?

Shakira is literally known for her incredible performances from both critics and the general public.  No music critic or sane person has every watched a Shakira performance and said "If only Shakira had some capabilities that Nicole Scherzinger has..."  Nobody is triggered, and I'm not sure who is reporting your posts. 

 

It was already stated that she prioritized dancing for this high energy performance of her critically acclaimed songs that she wrote (in multiple languages) from her 30+ year music career. Basically every media outlet called it the best performance of the night.

Nicole Scherzinger does not sound like a robot and is definitely the more skilled vocalist (and dancer) between the two. Vocals are not even a competition. It's a joke to pretend that Shakira is the better vocalist. And why post a PCD performance when Nicole had vocal damage from bulimia when you can post a video of Nicole's Olivier-nominated and Andrew Lloyd Weber co-signed performances from the past few years? Shakira doesn't have the capacity for that. Her talent is writing and production (or was) and performing.

 

In any case, I'm not sure why Nicole even came up in this thread. Just because that other user @Zerby had the audacity to say something critical of the performance? So you and the other overzealous Shakira stan got SO butthurt over harmless criticism that you had to attack the woman in his/her avatar? Sad and pathetic.
