The last season was incredible. I truly enjoyed every moment of it, and I was not expecting to. I am ready!!

hyping up a season that, at this point, won’t be out for another 2-3 years is certainly a choice

The one thing on Netflix that has somehow retained consistent quality.

Aren’t they gonna de-age the children?

Here for gay icon Will and f*g hags Max and Eleven

Well, I would hope so considering Blockbuster has been out of business awhile now

Season 4 was terrible thanks to the overlong length and redundant plot

Well it's easy to say that when right now it's just a block of paper sitting on a desk.

Let's revisit that comment in two years. :michael:

(Hyped, nonetheless!)

I hate that the OG kids will be literal adults in season 5. They should've rushed the production on season 4, instead of having a three year break in between.

This better be the final season. They dragged enough this show.

They’ve said so many times that it is lmao???

I wonder how they will explain the kids not being kids anymore

A 3 year timejump ?

And they said that many times for the fourth season as well, but we saw what happened.

But that's the point. They were not supposed to be children on season 4 and they're supposed to be adults in the next season.

Yes. That's the whole point why they delayed season 4 and season 5. They wanted to make it seem like time passed between events.

I don’t see why people are complaining about them being older portraying highschoolers for the final season💀 when nearly every major teen drama tv series has 20 year olds playing teens. It’s really not that hard for them to make them look 17 with makeup and production. Also they said there ain’t a timeskip, it will be the year 1987. It’s not that big of a deal.

Yes, this has been planned for a while! :)

It seems a bit silly because we left them when it was basically the end of the world, so I'm curious to see how they gonna justify the fact that they stayed in such a hellish world for that many years without being able to do anything. :biblio:

Will anyone of value actually die? The lack of stakes really killed season 4.

I’m not really buying that tbh. They said the same for season 4 and it looked like any other Netflix series.

They’ve literally never said that, lmfao. Since the beginning of the series, they’ve said “four or five seasons, depending on how the story ends up written out”. Once they got to four, they realized they would need the fifth season, as they always suspected, and began advertising the fourth as the beginning of the end. Which it was.
