He's a star nfl player. He's used to hostile media. Plus athletes are pretty much immune to bad press as long as they play well.

 

He was the 2nd best player on a team that won the superbowl. Football fans are as crazy as pop stans and they will defend him against any damage from a Taylor hookup.

 

Any relationship isn't going to be serious since it's the nfl season so he's going to mostly be in Kansas City.
