For actual impeachment, yeah. Can’t happen. But if an inquiry is opening, there absolutely 100% will be a vote on impeachment

I believe Nancy Pelosi did the same thing in 2019 with Trump's first impeachment and Republicans went wild to have a vote  

This just feels like a revenge tour at this point. It screams "election season is coming up." So let's get the word impeachment out there on our ads and posts so we can pander to the MAGA base to show we tried to impeach Biden. But the base doesn't do any research outside of their right-wing news bubble so they will only see Biden + impeachment and believe he's done something majorly wrong regardless.

They just secured Biden's reelection. Unlike with the Trump impeachments, there is absolutely zero evidence for impeaching Biden. A lot of what they claim happened, happened years ago before Biden was President.

 

IMO, this is all about 2024 and campaign fundraising. Their angle will be, "you should not vote for Biden because he is under investigation for impeachment." The problem is, their guy, Trump, will be sitting in several courtrooms all throughout 2024 and will most likely be a convicted felon come November 2024.  They are not thinking this through.
