Glenn and Annette. I think Amy, Michelle, and especially Saoirse have plenty of time to win one later on. And even though she’s already won BSA, Viola deserves a BA win as well.

I think Glenn and Saoirse will win eventually. I don’t see it for Annette Bening tbh.

I mean Amy should’ve been nominated & won for Arrival so her 

 

EDIT: Read OP wrong. Saoirse prob has the most potential given her age & state of career

The fact that she won Emmy and Tony, and been nominated for Oscar 8x without win.

Glenn (a real shame she hasn’t won yet), Michelle and Amy. They’ve all delivered nuanced performances worthy of an Oscar.


* Which isn’t to say the other women listed haven’t, just my opinion.

She deservedly won against Annette twice.

Exactly. People usually quantify “overdue” actresses by how many past nominations they deserved to win for, and Annette doesn’t have those so I brought it up.
