The marketing strategy for this era is strange. Jumping on random viral street hits, Bongos which seems like it was pandering to the Brazilian market, Shakira collab which could be reasonably big in Latam… it could pay off in giving her more global audience without needing to go the Doja/Nicki pop rap route but also feels like she’s diluting herself.
