The live performance was sloppy. Anitta was literally out of place and not able to keep up. If Anitta was gonna ever go the Kpop collab route she could've collaborated with G-IDLE, AESPA, EVERGLOW, LES SERRAFIM, BLACKPINK, BLACK SWAN, CL, JEON SOMI, HYUNA would've made much more sense then whatever this is

BTS first Hot 100 entry is DNA, first top 10 is Fake Love and first #1 is Dynamite. All solo credits. They never relied on collaborations but did have collabs and English singles to get better support from radio and cross over with wider audience in the US. There is no shame in it and people calling it desperate comes off xenophobic. It's what every artist does to benefit in some way, but somehow K-pop groups doing it is desperation.

I think this is actually a smart move for Anitta, she is reaching a new - rabid, fanatic, bot like - audience, and this is credit as a duet so Republic can say she has a #something higher than her solo top 70. She looks good on the video, and it seems like her outfit is an updated take on Britney's 2001 VMA Slave outfit.
