I am confusion as well lol I didn't interpret the post at all to be anything lgbt related. I thought she was talking about folks who talk graphically about their sex lives and kinks and such in front of their young kids. I just think about how a lot male rappers who are kinda weird with their sons, idk. Context is key.

It's not transphobic but it's 100% a homophobic dog whistle. 

It's suggesting that people who are out about being gay or bi Iare "pushing" their sexuality onto everyone, including children.
