But seriously, tax the rich. Lower class people have to go through unexpected charges the whole time and pay them anyways, but for the rich people when suddenly an 'unexpected' charge they can obviously pay gets to them... they don't want to pay it?? Like Bey, didn't you get 10x times that money by just performing in Dubai :coffee2:
