Why do they keep trying it with Taylor? She's so inoffensive.

We're VERY clearly witnessing Beatles fever here. The amount of coping people are doing is bizarre. It comes off as "well, I don't like her, so she must not be successful". :rip:

That's literally what is happening actually. People have not been reacting well AT ALL to Taylor's meteoric success since Midnights came out. As you said it's truly bizarre and is entirely based on vibes.

Trying to pretend Taylor is not successful in 2022-2023 is like arguing Gaga wasn't really big in 2009-2010. It's just pure delusion :rip:

You can't blame some fanbases and their trust problems with known publications when some of those publications (or PR team behind them that purposefully spread these news stories to bolster attention to those tours) claimed 2.2B for tours that would end up with <600M gross

Like CNN posting the Eras tour will gross 2.2 billion from the US alone? :bibliahh:

Between this and her paying TikTok, I ain’t surprised at all. All hype

Its funny how bothered hive has been since the start of eras tour.

Beyoncé’s PR team is trying so hard to undermine Taylor’s success. I wish Taylor hadn’t withheld her boxscores so the other girls wouldn’t get the opportunity to farm some cute headlines. There would be a lot of “second biggest” records going around

Beyhive on that app are always so bitter towards Taylor, feels like a one sided feud tbh!

What is the source for this? I hate to be the Anti-Hero, but I’m afraid you might need to do some investigation on that!

It's clear Taylor doesn't target the female only records anymore

Taylor is working insanely hard to make her own legacy and I don't think she cares about this

Her tour movie is gonna make her Eras reach to more people

Everyone who cares about Entertainment Industry and even casuals will know what's difference between Taylor's Eras

Meanwhile that other fanbase will make posts about Taylor not dancing

Guys He annexed the legal documents. He's not lying. It's just PR. It's not that deep nor is it going to hurt Taylor.

The only "legal document" that he brings says that hotel revenue were the highest since pre-covid during Taylor's weekend. Which I fail to see how it contradicts the initial claim.

It'd be nice if there was some actual discussion on the findings of investigation in here, instead of the Swifties just attacking the Hive, or the journalist or myself.

As a swiftie, some of the headlines are giving off "Beyonce single handedly causes high Swedish inflation" vibes.

With blockbuster tours, they have real economic impact but it's a short term boost.  The USA's total yearly GDP is over 25 trillion. Even a ridiculous estimate of Taylor's tour have a 20 billion dollar impact would be a drop in the bucket of the USA economy.

Neither Beyonce or Taylor are stupid to waste their money or pr person's time to encourage such articles.

It simply reflects the fact that Taylor's and Beyoncé's names drive so much web traffic. It is a sign that both truly are the last non-legacy artist superstars. Both of them are so far ahead of everyone else.

Hive doing anything to cope with being the #2 girl. It's not a bad thing, just accept it and move on.  Guess who is more desperate for PR

Being #2 to Taylor should be an honour for them, but I guess Taylor breaking biggest day of presale in cinemas at the same time that is revealed that nobody wanted to buy those visuals is too much to handle for them

The problem here is simple

They expected all these headlines for Beyonce but now when headlines came for Taylor first and then anyone else it's conspiracy and PR

Funniest thing is Taylor source is official and even Federal reserves talked about this. We don't have to lie yk

Idk. Regardless of whatever T swift did our economy is in the gutters & the worst situation possible since the 2008 economic crisis. Jim Crow Joe is one of the worst presidents EVER. Can't wait til his term is finally over

If I just "read a little" as a comment gets posted at the exact same time as mine. :rip: I'm glad that user is at least engaging with findings, unlike yourself. You're encouraged to dispute his findings though, but calling them 'made up' without any evidence to the contrary isn't doing that.

And you haven't decided to engage with it then? Despite suggesting that his thread is revealing some truth when there's only one fact that doesn't even contradict anything? Why is that?

The investigation doesn't negate any claim and the only document with an ounce of validity doesn't exactly contradict the headlines that have been made about The Eras Tour. Where do we go from here?

That journalist has anti Taylor agenda since ages

Am I supposed to take his findings "seriously"

I can do better data analysis then he did with and that too with less resources it's not rocket science
