yeah it's one of the less important metric on spotify but still impressive cause basically these are all her streams, i mean like 98% of it. Not people listening to This is Drake, This is Eminem, This is The Weekend so they are counted as listeners of every one of their collaborators.

It's so funny because their fave release FOUR brand new (i.e., not rerecorded), yet very similar and filled with filler, albums in a span of four years (2009-2012), yet only ONE of these albums went #1 for only ONE week. Plus an army of musicians help their fave make these albums too 

 

Taylor, on the other hand, released critically acclaimed and commercially successful (multi-week #1s) albums in alternative, pop, and country genres in the same period. Truly a MUSICIAN

She has an EXTREME amount of playlisting support on the platform. It’s so much that I’ve began to wonder how many Swifties work at Spotify HQ. Most of the popular “pop music” and even “alternative music” playlists have her music in them… sometimes they have several of her songs in them. Especially the “teen beats” and similar teen music playlists. I digress, it’s a great feat, but, that last point had some errors in it.

Congrats to your fave, just remember that not everyone re-records their albums, because they already have their masters so they don't have to.

Funny that the masters of those artists are LESS valuable that Taylor’s. And good for thos artists who already owns their masters because they barely get something out of it unlike Taylor who owns the PUBLISHING RIGHTS because she is the MAIN creator of her music

Other artists have similar playlist support and they aren't even close to pulling Taylor's numbers. If anything these other artists have extreme amount of playlist, not Taylor. Stop grasping at straws.
