Disney I assume. @Klein according to recordplayerexpert.com the price to produce vinyl records is $5-15. Since this includes 7, 10 & 12" configs these albums must cost more than $5 to make. So he & his label are losing some money at even the best available production cost.

Plus even when songs leave the top 10, they still linger between #11 and #50 for quite awhile these days. It took an album from Travis Scott to send Something In the Orange into recurrency - AND because his album bomb lined up with Die For You and Sure Thing's 52nd weeks, he was able to knock them out instantly as well. He also got rid of I'm Good and Dancin' In the Country, the former of which would have likely hit 52 weeks had it not been for him.
