But Billies cassette was only available in the UK. Dua's CD was available everywhere so people could potentially use a VPN to purchase it. But the OCC have software in place for all that and watch it very carefully.

You are so weird. Both CDs and Cassettes were Uk exclusives. There are loads of Billie fans who ordered the cassettes through forwarding sites with UK addresses aswell :rip: atleast when you try to troll, atleast do a good attempt

Don't take that user so seriously, they have been like the biggest ODH on this site for years, being aware of every single move Dua and her fans do, throwing baits with that information and then acting obtuse when you show facts. No surprise that user was one of the first ones perched on this thread :giraffe:

Maybe it’ll just miss it by one week? I’m still not sure how that works but her website says release date 8 September

Olivia’s selling .99 cassettes this week too :bibliahh:

Wait!  :deadbanana2: The girls want their #1's after Sprinter blocked them for so many weeks  :dies:

I think Olivia should have waited until the album release though because of the streaming boost

Worldwide yes but DTN had more streams this week in the UK on Spotify and AM.

True but it’s not like WWIMF wasn’t headed to #1 anyway so I don’t see how any of these physical releases are “fraud” :intoit:

Even without the 'scam' they would have been in the top 2 anyways. They just gave the physical market a boost with this :eli:

Not Billie beating Dua at her own game screaming

Yasss at her getting a solo UK #1 - bad guy found in a ditch

she already had a solo #1 in the UK - no time to die. Bad guy peaked at #2 and I think the jb version wasn't eligible to chart

WWIMF would have been #2 even if both Dua and Billie physicals are removed I don't think either are fraud. It was simply a competition and Billie outsold. I don't disagree in that.

WWIMF

Cassettes: 7,787

Downloads: 1,099

Streaming: 36,602

DTN

CD Singles 1,291 + 959

Downloads: 1,451

Streaming: 37,130

Nope, without any tricks, Dua would've been #1 as she sold more digital copies and outstreamed Billie

Damn so if Dua didn't pull tricks, then Billie wouldn't have and Dua would've been #1 - the irony

Justice for Dua :noparty:

Dance The Night deserves to be #1

Posted (edited)

Dua released $0.99 singles in the UK of "Dance the Night" in hopes of attaining the #1 UK single.

Billie did the same shortly after, and ended up selling 7k of those $0.99 singles while Dua sold 2k singles.

Despite Dua winning in streaming and downloads, Billie's $0.99 singles outselling Dua's $0.99 singles gave her the #1 in UK

What Was I Made For?

Cassettes ($0.99): 7,787

Downloads: 1,099

Streaming: 36,602

DTN

CD Singles ($0.99) 1,291 + 959

Downloads: 1,451

Streaming: 37,130

This once again proves that Dua is not a star. Take away the extreme promo, radio payola and playlisting and she is nothing. Meanwhile Billie has actual star power.
