What work? They aren’t the ones working on predictions, they just take predictors’ :dies:

No, it's the same guy [lippredicits (?)] who own both pages.

Actual predictions (and they aren’t theirs but whatever)… and there aren’t any yet for this week as it’s too soon.

TOTC is all of them combined, 4 predictors.

Isn’t it a collaboration or something? they both post stuff on predictions on their Twitter pages so it’s weird

Lip did this TOTC account to don't lose his personal account (he was receiving death threads after some kpop predictions)

Nevermind then I thought it was a collaboration between a big publication and predictors. I am not mad about the CS situation, it’s just annoying that they don’t wait a day or two (so when they have actual data) before messing up with bases. It took them a day to post something like « oh wait, that Oliver guy can still be #1 », it just looks unserious.

But the other day they tweeted its gonna be CS vs Luke Combs, and in the meantime, this country song soared on Spotify, reaching a new peak, so ofc they had to tweet it could reach #1, otherwise Swifties would've killed them if they made them think Taylor has a shot

The way these predictors have to go private sometimes when they make predictions about Taylor, BTS and Nicki Minaj. Their stans are ruthless  :deadbanana2:

I remember when Barbz were dragging lip predictions after he predicted Princess Diana wouldn't reach #1.  :skull:

Fox News and Newsmax were covering this song and this guy’s story every 30 mins yesterday and it was their “top story” all day long.  I wouldn’t be surprised if all their watchers ran to listen to the song or buy it. :rip:

Yep. They did the same with the Jason Aldean song.

This song's trajectory has been extremely unpredictable and arguably inorganic with the Fox News coverage, so I don't fault inaccuracies and messiness here at all tbh

It was falling hard on Wednesday (his songs were collapsing on iTunes and it clearly fell on streaming) and looked like it was following the Try That In A Small Town blueprint, now suddenly it gets a huge boost once again... definitely right wing news outlets to blame.

"Blue-Collar anthem is uniting all people". They are incredibly shameless and simple with their propaganda and it still works :dies:

TOTC is just a joke at this point, shut up with speculations until you have REAL informations

This, they're so quick to post literally anything, just to gain as much interactions on their tweets as possible  :skull: Truly attention seekers

If TOTC actually wanted as much interactions on their tweets as possible, they would've just pretended that CS was #1 or close to #1 on the Hot 100 for as long as they could throughout the week. Last tracking week, the moment Rich Men was predicted to be #1 by a large margin, their interactions started to decrease.

Also only Fast Car/Cruel Summer challenging for #1 was not a "speculation" unless you think ChartData was speculating by posting the exact same thing last night. It is quite clear that those were the only two songs challenging for #1 yesterday and Rich Men is only challenging this week due to a large gain in streaming on Friday.

And as far as the main predictors go, only Lip uses the TOTC account, so the account isn't stealing anything (if you were wondering about that).

The song fell 10% on Wednesday on Spotify. Staying #1 on platforms such as Apple Music doesn't mean anything when it could've just decreased 10% on that platform as well (we will never know since that platform doesn't show numbers).

If it kept decreasing 10% in streams each day, it would've collapsed. However, since it's increasing again, it's fighting for #1 for a second week (with more streams and less sales compared to the first week).

To be fair, that week was tense thanks to KB vs. LN alone. PDR just added more fuel to the fire.

It was never falling hard on streaming though. It has been #1 on apple music and when it fell to 3 on spotify the gap with the #1 wasn't that big.

and it never has left the #1 on itunes

What difference does it make? It's not like their speculations are going to change what's #1 next week. They'll just embarrass themselves if they're wrong. I never understood why some people think chart predictions effect the real chart. Like if they predict Vampire to be #1 next week, it's going to have no effect on anything. They'll just be wrong and that's it.

Honestly a #3 better than a #2 and Taylor never have #3 hit. So it would be a cool additional to her chart trivia
