Nefertiti0 Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 (edited) She's amassed a staggering £23 million fortune from her musical career and lucrative stints judging The Masked Singer and The X Factor. But Rita Ora’s fans are currently calling for money back from the popstar, after they voiced concerns over the authenticity of ‘signed’ copies of her latest album, which are being sold online for up to £25. Eagle-eyed fans, coined ‘Ritabots’ by the singer, have spotted differences between the handwriting scrawled on the covers sold online and those signed by Ms Ora at events. Ms Ora did not respond to a request for comment. Edited August 13, 2023 by Nefertiti0

popmusicisdead Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 imagine only having 3 fans and still trying to scam them 11
Saint James Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 it's funny that Daily Mail AU is reporting this when the album didn't even chart here. i guess they chose her because she's on tv
simplywohoo Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 (edited) Huh? Not every signature looks the same and she probably signed a thousand or two in a day, so ofc they look different. I thought this was a nicki minaj queen litho signed by auto pen kinda scam ( which I bought) but this seems fine Edited August 13, 2023 by simplywohoo 1
JustHoran Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 (edited) Honestly artists who do SIGNED albums and then don't sign them OR do the fake autographs via a machine instead of hand signing them are disgusting. Your fans are literally buying them to be signed by you, if you can't be bothered to sign them all then don't sell signed CDs. I hope they get a refund or she gives them actual signed copies. I remember ordering Gaga's last album and everyone was getting L's instead of an actual signature and I just cancelled and got a refund because there is no way to know if she's the one writing that L An L indeed Edited August 13, 2023 by JustHoran 5 3
FireFade Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 a real FIRO does NOT have time for stupid things like that
ugo Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 Signed copies are such a scam unless the artist is signing it in front of me I would not purchase it. 3

J-esper Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 Weird thing to do. Overall this Rita era overall feels a bit off.

NEX Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 So the album is ~£25 and they said she made £23m from the signed copies. First of all, is she claiming she signed almost a million copies? But more importantly, are they saying she SOLD almost 1m copies of her album?? Not sure which one is more unrealistic tbh
Bloodflowers. Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 She was busy playing at her sold out shows so I understand why she didn't have time to do signings
Popular Post Marla Singer Posted August 13, 2023 Popular Post Posted August 13, 2023 By the way my signature got forged somebody is threatening to release copies of my album that I haven't signed. Nothing gets signed until I'm ready. 20
B-Luke Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 Dropping the real signed copies monday if this gets 100,000 retweets 2

Illuminati Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 Was it all autopen? Girl, it's not like she has to sign that many
