Vermillion Posted August 15, 2023 Share Posted August 15, 2023 Katie Pheng (MSNBC): Only takes 12 of the 23 jurors for each indictment for this to go through. The 10 indictments don't translate to 10 people - it's different "fields" of charges. Can be multiple co-conspirators under each kind of charge. All indictments (ten) given to the grand jury were all voted affirmatively. Georgia clerk will process within the next three hours for public release. The prosecutors got everything they wanted in the state of Georgia. It's a state crime so if Trump wins next year he can't pardon himself for them, unlike Jack Smith's January 6th and Mar-a-Lago cases.
