That was HARD cuz for me both of them are more “single” than “album” artist despite from Plastic Hearts. And i love both of those artists singles catalog. 

Voted for Katy because Teenage Dream is top 3 albumsall time for me (after all it has 7 singles ) Katy won but i love Plastic Hearts too and miley earlier singles so it was really hard

Meet Miley and Breakout are flawless albums but everything after that is a mess with random hits here and there. OOTB is a flawless album but then a good chunk of TD, Prism, Witness also serve and Clown has top tier singles. I'm gonna have to go with Katherine
