Flanders Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 He and the gym chain should sue the manufacturer of that equipment for all they’ve got.
satellites.™ Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 I can tell he likely added too much weight to that machine, watch him go get extra plates to throw in before he sat down. He overweighed down the machine.

The last guy that left that machine probably didn't lock it right...but still this is creepy af. It was out of nowhere...
byzantium Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 I’m not watching that. But I feel bad for him and hope he has the best recovery possible.

mystery Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 What the actual ****, the poor guy. I hope he manages to recover...
katykater Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 This is why you don't sit or stand under a load that isn't fully secured. A brake, hydraulic jack,... could fail.

Not only that but after he put on the extra weights he sat on the machine where you are supposed to be standing, him sitting down might have accidentally released the safety on it.
bjorn Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Omg these gym accident videos always gives me anxiety! Like that guy who was doing too heavy squats and the barbell fell down on his neck killing him instantly 1
Bloodflowers. Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Jesus Christ and in a second, your whole life changes
magazine Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Did it hit his neck? His head bounces so hard and so fast omg
Alongoria13 Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 God all these neck/spine injury videos from gyms.....hate it.
WokeEqualist Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 This is terrible but it's probably his own fault, looks like he didn't engage the lock on the squat machine properly and it fell on itself due to the number of discs he'd put on it
